Titan Discord Bot - Terms of Service

By using Titan (“the Bot”) on your Discord server, you agree to the following Terms of Service:

1. Usage

• Titan is provided “as is” with no guarantee of uptime, functionality, or support.
• You may use Titan in any server you have the appropriate permissions for.
• Abuse of Titan’s features (e.g., spamming, exploiting bugs) is prohibited.

2. Data Collection and Storage

• Titan may store user and server data such as user IDs, server IDs, message content (for moderation), and command usage.
• All data is stored securely using a MongoDB database and is only accessible to the bot’s developers.

3. Restrictions

• You may not reverse engineer, modify, or redistribute Titan without permission.
• You may not use Titan for any illegal or malicious activities.

4. Termination

• We reserve the right to remove or restrict Titan’s access to any server or user without notice for any reason.

5. Limitation of Liability

• Titan is provided free of charge. We are not liable for any damages, data loss, or issues caused by the use or misuse of the Bot.

6. Changes

• These terms may change at any time without notice. Continued use of Titan after changes means you accept the new terms.
